Kingdom Development Partners is a family-owned Charlotte development company committed to building timeless single and multi-family homes in the Charlotte community. Founded by James Scruggs, KDP is known for its affordable luxury approach to home building. James has been involved in various facets of real estate for over 20 years – investing, renovating, building, and now developing new construction homes. James, has an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, and a masters in real estate development and finance from UNC-Charlotte. In addition to being a NC licensed realtor, James is a residential and commercial general contractor in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
